Prayer to Our Lady of The Miraculous Medal

Virgin Mother of God, Mary Immaculate,

I unite myself to you under your title of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.

May this medal be for me a sure sign of your motherly affection for me and a constant reminder of my filial duties toward you.

While wearing it, may I be blessed by your loving protection and preserved in the grace of your Son.

Mother powerful Virgin, Mother of our Savior,

Keep me close to you every moment of my life, so that like you I may live and act according to the teaching and example of your son.

A Prayer for Healing

Sacred Heart of Jesus,

You invite all who are heavy burdened to come to You and find rest.

Teach me to reach out to You in my need.

Help me to lead others to Your Sacred Heart.

Touch my soul with Your compassion for others.

Touch my heart with Your courage and love for all.

Touch my mind with Your wisdom and grace.

Touch gently my life with Your healing hand.

Prayer of The Sick

Dear Jesus, Healer of the Sick,

I turn to You in this time of illness. Alleviate my worry and sorrow with Your gentle love and grant me the grace and strength to accept this burden.

I place my worries in Your hands. I place myself in Your care and humbly ask that You restore me to health again.

Above all, grant me the grace to acknowledge Your holy will and know that You love me and are with me in this, my most difficult time.

Amen.
